you're not the only variety performer in cincinnatti... my friend christine wilfiger is FROM there... but, she does a variety show on the ren circut & is a living statue in the off season... in florida i think.

i'm from kent, ohio (granted ~ i've lived in so. cal. for the past year and am moving to new orleans...) and, my partner in my ren. show is from girard, ohio. but, she lives in oklahoma right now... (don't ask me why ~ such a FLAT place. ick. and, i thought that ohio was boring.)

also ~ has anyone ever noticed that there are a LOT of variety performers from michagan? i know three magicians, two fire eaters, a juggling team and a whip artist that are from michagan... what's up with that?

i have a friend who puts rats in his mouth as part of his show... he has a hard time getting dates too... the first time i met him he 'hit on me' by sticking my sunglasses up his nose... just not a turn on.

i much prefer acerbic escape artists or sarcastic jugglers.

Firegirl, it is ok to warn us all about Zoltan AKA Andy Blau and his lack of style when hitting on women. (Me and Ronn Bauman named him BTW) Many here would consider it a public service announcement and Andy would benifit from having to learn better ways to get a woman interested in him.
I dont think any woman would disrobe a man, her hands shaking with erotic anticipation after watching him 'blockhead' the arm of her sunglasses.

frack just completely takes over alot and it's all in third person. That's the Frack attack. And this personals section seemed to die pretty fast. And Fracks tongue is swollen from doing the starting the splitting which is doing the long, slow process so should be done in a month hopefully. So Hairy Mistress and Happy New Year. Frack is terrified of kids anyway. Hey Todd could you email frack a mailing address want to send you a cool christmas present. Frack has something uses in show and thinks you'd like it too. ha, ha, ha... it cracks me up that you knew right off the bat that i was talking about andy. ronnie really has no room to talk either ~ the first time i met him he asked if he could unlace my bodice with his teeth while ricki, jef and april (ex-woman) watched... *laughs*

just came from larf w/andy and the tortugas ~ next time you talk to andy ask him about his 'celebrity stalking experiance...' a great story involving him, harry anderson & junk mail.

Firegirl, Ronnie loves to hit on women by trying to make them uncomfortable. He tried it with my friend Liz and she completely took the wind out of his sails; I think it turned him on even more. Haven't seen Rickie and Ronnie since the opening year of Ontario Ren Fest--miss those boys.

And Andy leaves behind new fans and rat bites everywhere he goes, but very few interested women.

i do adore those tortuga twits... uh, i mean twins! just talked to ronnie last night ~ he called in the wee hours of the am to wish me a merry x-mas... sweet guy! he is wintering in fla. ~ rickki is trying to write the 'all american sci-fi fantasy novel' somewhere in ohio over the winter break... (i'm hoping to catch up with him before i leave for nola on sunday.) i didn't get to spend a hell of a lot of time w/ronnie at larf ~ i did spend an inordinate amount of time w/andy and rickki carousing in the quarter... which was fun. we had many bonding moments & odd adventures. ronn & jef (the third tortuga ~ whom some don't know) came to visit me in la-la last year over winter break ~ rickki stayed behind... so, it was nice to catch up with him.

i am pretty much on circut on the west coast ~ i do both of the big rec faires, all the little independent faires (tho' i may cut some of those out this season in favor of doing the arizona ren. festival & club shows) and louisianna... of course i've thought about doing mdrf ~ one of my favorite-ist people in the entire universe originated at that festival (brian 'broon' howard ~ the man who convinced me after drinking three guinnesses in one hour to let him stick flaming torches into my mouth) ...plus i think that john & spencer are still there (hack n' slash) ~ spencer being my first ed ever (glmf ~ ohio) and a good friend... plus i hear it's a rockin' faire... BUT ~ it fit much better into my season when i still did ohio, new york, boston and florida.

ah well ~ i must run to the 'i can't take anymore family togetherness party' that my pals from college are throwing tonite...
