Be warned, we have a new police cheif here in N.O. When you come back to busk, be prepared.

I heard from a cop the other day, "...be careful in the quarter. YOu bend over to tie your shoes and they'll arrest you. This new Chief is out to prove the old guy didn't do nothin'...."

I haven't seen any proof of this yet, other than the fact that the benches in Jackson Square are gone. That may or may not be his doing.
