OK here's my issue, Mitch Freddes [google him] is in I don't know his late 50's early 60's and is still working, he's an old school ex ringling american style clown with a wealth of knowledge, [and the stories he's got are simply outstanding] He's interested in teaching at circoarts in Christchurch, I met him in china and sold him on it. He really would be an asset there. He's not my style but he's got that profound respect for the form.

he was brought back to ringling in 2000 and told to have a look at the clowns and chat with them. He did and then sat them down and told them they were all shitty, and why.Gotta respect that.

I forget who runs it, the name is just out of reach, I know him, I'm from Ch-ch myself and I've held a workshop myself at the place.

I need the directors name and his email so I can introduce mitch so he doesn't have to introduce himself cold.

It is a long way from pretty here but I am keeping busy making stuff.
