Sarching for headset and speakers for busking

Hi!

I have a street magic show and gather crowds from 5-50 people. In the future they will be more people, I guess till 100. I need microphone and speakers for that. Because I travel the world they have to be light and not so expensive.
I've heard a AKG headset and a fender ampcan are good, but not necessariily these ones.

Please no wire between headset and microphone.

sennheiser, don't bother with an AKG, but the honest fact is, if you're doing magic shows, you don't even need a mic, learn to work without one for a while, you'll cut down on excess weight, and then later, when you do use a mic, and it dies, you'll have the ability to work without one

But as more people can hear you, as more people stop and as more people pay. It also looks more professional. I tried it a few weeks without a mic and my voice really fucks up.
The only disadvance is the weight while I am travelling thats right.

But I want bigger shows :-) So?

Heh, mics don't build bigger crowds, young padawan, bigger personality does, and you can't buy one of those and plug it into an amp. I worked for 2 years without a mic, built huge crowds, Mark Riggs has one of the biggest shows out there, and I've never seen him use a mic. You just have to learn how to use your voice correctly, and if you do, it'll pay off. But, for the record, what you want to get is a sennheiser evolution wireless. If you decide to get one.

If you want to do bigger shows, that is purely up to you as an entertainer, trust me, you won't build a bigger crowd with just a mic and an amp, you'll do it by learning HOW to build a bigger crowd.

did a magic show for 2 years without using a mic or a table, and i got decent sized crowds / hats for a magic show working out of pockets..http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/171/georgepic.jpg

problem is mics become a crutch.. as soon as you start using one you'll never want to go back to not using it.. it just makes things easier.. i recommend learning the hard way and going without one for a couple years ..

the mipro 202 is the speaker you want. if you want a mic get one - it's personal preference. If having a microphone didn't matter not nearly as many people would use them.

I started with a mic and can work without one as well. i don't like it, but I can do it.
