busking in barbelona(played out?)

Ths police are cracking down on buskers and street sellers in the center of barcelona,they are being forced to play in the suberbs or the beaches,no drums,amps,the police have confiscated 112 insraments and fined 206 buskers this year.You can only play beetwen 10.00 and 22.00 , the street must be atleast seven meters wide and you can only play for one hour.the streets are getting played out by eastern block and south american buskers who say they make 15 to 20 euros playing seven times a day.This article appeared in the local news paper 28-7-2003.Maybe time to give barcelona a rest?.
