Todd Smith products - always this slow?

Hey folks,

New here on the list, but thought I'd ask; yesterday I celebrated the one-month anniversary of ordering three clubs from Todd Smith. They still aren't here. Is this normal? I contacted them a few weeks ago and was told they were sent out (albeit two weeks after ordering), and although I have little faith in the mail system, I'm curious as to when they were actually sent.

Anybody else get this with TS or any of the other companies?

Sometimes a simple letter will take two weeks from the states to Canada. Your clubs are probably sitting at a border somewhere waiting to go through customs.

Or maybe Todd is just slacking.

I've dealt with Todd Smith for at least twenty years and have always been pleased with the service and quality of the props. He has come through for me in a couple of tight situations where I needed something sent out ASAP in the middle of a run.

That said, you should feel free to check on your order, either by calling Todd's business or by using a shipping tracking number. He has made mistakes with my orders over the years, but those errors have been the exception, not the norm.

I still give Todd a call before any other prop venders.

This was just a joke! I actually don't use his props (I prefer the shape and design of Dube American clubs,) but I know Todd and he's a good guy with quality products.

The problem is probably in the shipping. See if you can get a tracking number from Todd.

Im having the same problem with todd smith...and they wont answer my emails and their mail box is full when i try and call? anyone else out there with that problem???

I have been dealing with both Todd Smith and Brian Dube for 30 years and have never had any complaints!!!

I had a lot of problems with him, a looot of delay and also things that didn't come at all...
