Stuttgart

So The Cannstatter Volkfest is on the 21rst of Sept to the 6th of October. OctoberFest in Stuttgart. Has any one worked it?
I have some cheap, well free, accomodation to stay in Stuttgart and am looking for a good place to work.
I have heard it there are better behaved crowds there than Munich.
Any how if you have any previous experience that would be great.
