yes!!! cuz its nice to have different places to hang out, I might decide one day that Im bored of here, then I'll go there :p
btw - its a chance to talk to new people, there maybe people on that site which arent on here
Well mini. This group is generally proffessional performers of many genres and disciplines all over the world.
Jugglers.net is a very well established group which has many well behaved members some of whom don't want to be bothered by "Chit chat."
Maybe http://www.cultofj.co.uk/jugglerslounge/phpbb
will be of use to some people. We shall see. But many people who juggle in UK wouldn't be interested in much on Pnet and vice versa.

http://www.jugglingdb.com/ ?
I'd prefer one or two melting pots of info than a kitchen of crap?
Also i don't have the time to check more than one or two forums.
If you are interested.

No need for a note from your mother if you decide not to go.

Oh, Margrat2005 - you just walked into that one...

what? why? I am learning to juggle, is there something wrong with that!?! NO!!
http://www.cultofj.co.uk/jugglerslounge/phpbb
Bringing this thread back onto topic. There is a new Forum for Jugglers in UK.
It could not possibly compete with UK Jugglers or Performers.net. I doubt that it would even want to.
It's another resource.
Steven Ragatz
03-07-05, 09:35 AM
No, it's not you or juggling - it's Martin. "Do you juggle?" sounds like a baited setup to me - especially when coming from him. Maybe I'm just overly suspicious and cynical. Time (or at least Martin) will tell.

I get you now, well if hes using me to get at Jesta then hes a loser, if he wants to start a flame with him why not just come out with it and not involve me, cuz I'll give him (Martin) hell

Hey it was just a question. You people are so untrusting.
Magrat2005
03-07-05, 09:53 AM
whatever you say Martin, whatever you say. but remember what I said, you use me to get at Jesta, and you'll be sorry
Steven Ragatz

Would you trust this man?
Magrat2005
03-07-05, 10:09 AM
no, I dont think I would, esp on a dark night
martin ewen

Dark..or dim?
Now I must warn you missy, I just asked an innocent question and you go and get all ominious and threatening. I'm glad your learning to juggle. I can, and I taught 17 people to last week at millbrook school CT. I've done nothing to deserve you flying off the handle and telling me to stick things up my bum like you have with others in the past. We're all performers here and we should try and be kind to each other.
If you ask nicely I will in fact sodimise myself with whatever you suggest, but you can't ask in anger ok?
Steven Ragatz

No harm intended, just Internet fluffy babble. I apologies if there was any significant implications. None intended.
We now return you to our regularly scheduled thread...
Steven Ragatz
http://www.cultofj.co.uk/jugglerslounge/phpbb
back to the new resource. Its at above address if you want.
This is not actually in the Blah de Blah section. Could you all go there for pure unadulterated drivel.
Thanks

A more populated resource for juggling information is http://www.jugglingdb.com. This site provides a portal to the rec.juggling USENET group, an interactive chat as well as an extensive help library and other resource links. Also take a look at http://www.juggling.org. Although it is no longer updated, it is a very valuable site. There is also http://www.juggle.org for the International Juggler's Association, though there is no hands-on information there, it is a good resource for contacting people and to keep up on events.
If you are looking to learn or improve your juggling, or work on an act, I am always happy to help and offer free online consulting. Feel free to email me:

Geography not your strong point then Stephen Ragatz?
If you are a UK Juggler you might like to visit http://www.cultofj.co.uk/jugglerslounge/phpbb
It is a bit bare at the moment and not nearly as informative as other forums that other people mention here.
martin ewen
03-07-05, 01:08 PM
Yes steven, you get a naughty smack on the wrist, you have been admonished and should rightfully hang your head. Its a UK jugglers forum, it has 9 members and apart from the administrator 3 people have ever posted on it, one of those is jester and the other is magrat so you see its a pretty exclusive bunch of UK jugglers who don't see the relivance of having anyone online join in from just anywhere.
Thank you though steven for constructively adding other resources but as pointed out by the eagle brained jester, your contributions are simply not relevant.
GOT IT.
So anyway that link again.
http://www.cultofj.co.uk/jugglerslounge/phpbb
I think this makes it seven times he's put it up, one for every member almost.
Jesters being uncharacteristicly snippy, a little familiarity would have him realise that Mr Ragatz is almost superhumanly helpful and even tempered and nay kind.
I couldn't imagine what might have caused this intemperate and just plain rude outburst.
Just to recap
IF you are in the UK and you want to join an online community of Jugglers, some of whom can juggle now and others who will hopefully be juggling shortly (and theres nothing wrong with that)
then that url again
http://www.cultofj.co.uk/jugglerslounge/phpbb
Now could we all just settle down and take a deep breath and please for the love of god try and LOVE one another

I can do that, by the way, that wasnt a threat, it was a warning
and I've not yet posted on there....look at the member list if you dont believe

Geography not your strong point then Stephen Ragatz?
Actually, now that you mention it, geography isn't a strong suit of mine. Nor is spelling. I am also a poor dancer, lousy actor and can't cook worth a damn. I'm a pretty good juggler though...
I was just posting the other sites as additional resources. None of them are forum based, though each has some forum-related component. Consider these links as an addendum, or supplementary reading if you will.
Steven Ragatz
Jester, I don't know if you can reach those other links all the way from - where was it again - this "U"-"K"? Maybe you could get someone from the mainland to airdrop occasional updates.

My mistake, magrat, you havn't posted, I was wrong. Welcome to the "lurk' club.
I don't see a difference between a threat and a warning but there must be one. You must know what it is. Both are scary in my book.
Anyway Peace out
Stephen. I happily acknowledge your most generous contribution and those links.
Stuff Geography, I'm with Magritte, if you've got sky, that's good enough for me.
I also think your offer to help people develop shows was most kind and if you were in the UK I would most certainly seek you out.
Yes here in the UK we do have the internet and we humbly accept that the USA made it all possible. Could you airdrop me some decent food sometime. I really miss good tasty American Food, it's not so good here.

Martin, a warning is advice which has your best interests at heart. whereas a threat is manipulative advice designed to intimidate you. Okay?
Right. well I am politely "Advising" Magrat and Martin that you are both diluting this thread which IS NOT in the Blah Blah Blah section.
I hereby Advise you that you are becoming a superior nuisance than myself So kindly stop it.

well as least we're 'superior' then you at something
I saw "The Pacifier" last night. I love Vin Diesel and he did a great job with the horrible script and the bad DP. The best part of the movie was a little kid fight scene. Over all, I would give it zero stars although I liked it.

you what??? anyways stop 'cluttering' this prescous thread of Jesta's or you'll make him pissed... Jesta just for you.... Its Here!! (http://www.cultofj.co.uk/jugglerslounge/phpbb/index.php)

Hey scot, what a coincidence, I went and saw 'the pacifier' yesterday too.
I thought mr diesel had a fine sense of timing and the script was tight and the best bit was when
http://www.cultofj.co.uk/jugglerslounge/phpbb
The baddie got sprayed with extinguisher and said, 'That doesn't hurt.' so the kid beaned him with it through the whole in the door.
I also suspect that there's some tear jerking formula involving sub aural bass or something because emotional scenes in the dumbest movies affect me and I sit there thinking.

Oh my god, this cannot be happining, bambies not even a real deer.

Yes. I just think its like all the rest to be honest. im not critisisng "it" just the thought of having so many places to go to to get the same kind information.
like i said i don't have the time.
Ben

Magrat2005

You're right, Jester. There were alot of flaws in the movie. The plot was pretty formulaic and the action was below par in most cases. There was a lot of dialogue which took advantage of military lingo which I could have done without.
The whole Peter Panda Dance was a little outlandish also, Jester. Sorry for making it so Drivel heavy.
Ewen, did you cry when the girl was having trouble talking about her dad? That was pretty touching.
I am not going to sign up and join the thread police, the off topic police sad moderator bastards. I will not do it.
I can honestly say that I do not do this to you guys out of the Blah de blah section.
If you must analyse Vin Deisal movies then please go ahead. Do it at my expense. If anybody wants to analyse "The Song of Norway" while they're here I can live with that too.l
