I've been handing out free DVD's of art performance video to buskers and street performers for the past month. I naturally assumed peeps were watching and learning from this. However, I decided to ask some performers what they thought of it.
"Did you play it"?
"Play what?"
"Oh, I see...No player."
"Player?"
"Uh...forget it''
I'm guessing they're too broke to have one or their situation doesn't include access to a DVD player.
