Dear friends, I have a question to travellers. I live in NYC now and travel 6-8 months out of the year, work pitches and festivals, stay in hostels or SROs... But I feel like getting out of NY, settling in some place more human and closer to nature, where I can have a backyard and park a van...and be able to work local pitches and festivals when I'm tired of roaming around...I love San Francisco dearly, but no way I can afford a decent place there full-time without a day-job...Any suggestions?
