When you first register, you're able to choose your password. Use this password to sign in when you get back here for the first time.
If you ever want to change your password you can click on the "USER/CP" link at the top of almost every page. Log in using your current password and then you'll be able to change any information in the open fields, including: password, email, interests, web site, etc. The only thing you can't change is your username.
Submit your updated profile and you're off...
