Hello All!
I'm new to this site and relatively new to the Busking world but I'm planning on heading to Hawaii very soon. Does anyone out there have any idea regarding the legalities in there? I don't need too many specifics I just want to make sure that once I get there I'm not going to be stuck with no way to make money. My act is very low profile. No pitching, small crowds, one on one interactions with passersby. (I have a life sized leopard puppet) Any commmnets would be greatly appreciated
