Dear Fans,

Josh once again delves a bit deeper into Synchronous Siteswap Theory with a study of the Excited State Groups.

The basic Idea is that, for a juggler who is alone with two working hands, Synchronous patterns stream with separate hands or can use crossing throws.

This means FOUR possible trajectories with SYNCHRONOUS Siteswaps:

Consider:
4 Ball Synchronous (4,4)
Then (6,4) is a siteswap.
