Calling someone a douche is not really "toxic" and it was intentionally a juvenille remark. Your new here, so please lighten up and don't expect too much.

etienne

p.s. Zoobie, you're still a douche.

Default my 2 cents

Le Pire, I have always thought of you as a douche bag, I reamin using the bag sufix because you aren't a prepared douche, more, the kind of douche we all keep around for emergencies. I was talking to Nery one time and he said, "man, we really need a douche", and I said "what about Etienne", and then we had a good laugh. But that isn't what I set out to say (nor something that ever happened), what I was going to say, is even though you are a douche, I fully stand behind your right to call other people douche bags, namely, people that use internet abreviations along side emoticons.

I don't understand why people feel the need to look down on people that say anything on the internet. It is after all an industry built on porno. I am not trying to cal anyone out here, or MAYbe I am.

Anyway, May, we all have the best intentions here, it just, well, street performers are a verbaly ruged bunch, and that is just the kind of thing we say. We also have a small somewhat french man that wants to be like us, so he talks the same way.

Now, maybe you were just playing our little sarcasim game, and I miss read it, I don't even know Le Pire and I was making fun of him in this post, so if you were just picking on the french for sport, please, let me know, and then I will feel silly for a little while, then remember that it is just the internet shortly before I forget the whole thing ever happened.

Anyway, Etienne, I am not trying to fight your battles, I, like france don't like to be in the middle of things, I just thought this whole thing was turning fun and I wanted to join in.

Also, May, you seem to know lots of things, so I was wondering, if I cut a hole in it and screwed a bottle of viniger in to the hole, could I use a garden hose as a douche?

I lost part of a Prince Albert and was hoping I could flush it out.

You couldn't use it as a "douche", those are for females. but you could use it as an enema, however getting the hose ending into position could prove painful and damaging.

(a douche bag is a hot water bottle)

I would like to publicly state, though it was indicated in May's post, I AM NOT GAY.

Except for the time I needed a ride to that juggling festival.

Somebody tell me:

Since the age of 9 I've been consistantly listening to oldies radio stations, and I've always been stumped on the lyrics to one song...

Manfred Man

"Blinded by the light. Revved up like a douche, another odor in the night."

That's AAAALL I can hear when I listen to it.

I know that right this second I could easily look up internet lyrics, but I refuse. That's cheating.

Having bought the 45 way back when McDonalds had sold like 600 hamburgers, I've always thought it was "wrecked up like a modified garden hose, you know the rumor in the night". But I could be wrong.

Of COURSE. That makes SO much more sense.

...in all honesty, Mr. Trix, I don't think that even fits the timing of the song. I'm starting to think you might just be making this up.

Default Well, there's what's said, and there's what's said

The lyrics read, "revved up like a deuce, another runner in the night."

Which does not change the fact that in the Manfred Man version, he clearly says "douche".

But perhaps May East could better clarify that situation.
