Default Alexander Technique training

Anyone here been trained in the Alexander Technique (alexandertechnique.com)? If yes, I would be curious to know your thoughts about the training. A post or p.m. would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Kenny

Pete Sweet studied it for a long time, and I think even got certified as an instructor. He always had good things to say about it.

I've done a little bit with it as well as Feldenkrais. It is certainly worth the time and effort and I highly recommend it. It has to potential to change your whole physicality, and at the very least, your posture.

Yes. If you are intrested you should for sure take a class. Cathy Madden is a wonderful AT teacher who I have studied with and can vouch for. She helps actors at the Professional Actors Training Program at the University of Washington, helps athletes, and musicians as well. She teaches in Seattle. Message me and I'll send you some contact for her.
