Well, with Hurricane Sandy passing over my homeland, and NYC lower manhattan without power, I took about 40 hours to put together this tutorial video on SYNCHRONOUS SITESWAPS.
Enjoy.

Synchronous State Maps are employed with independent sites.
This means that one synchronous state transition map follows one site. For example, the dominant hand. A second synchronous map follows a second site. For example, the secondary hand. If you pause my video, each energy state node shows the possibilities, at that moment in time, for the site. An object can be thrown into the site, increasing it's number by one. An object can be thrown from the site, decreasing it's number by one. An object can be kept and thrown to another moment in time. Juggling Example: Ball Juggling [111] energy state means "3 balls juggled in one hand" (0,6) I would like to add another ball to the site. Option #1 If I then throw in a 4th ball, I can perform (8x,6) and then repeat (0,8). [1111] energy state is now reached. "4 balls juggled in one hand". Option #2 Alternately, I can perform (6,8x) and then repeat (0,8). [1111] energy state is now reached. "4 balls juggled in one hand". These transition choices are listed at the corresponding nodes. I color coded the map for 1,2,3,4,5 objects being "siteswapped" at the site. Red = 1. Orange = 2. Yellow = 3. Green = 4. Blue = 5.
