Default San Francisco Street performer award

I want to thank the people of San Francisco, The San Francisco Weekly for voting me the street performer of the year at SF's Fisherman's Wharf. I know I had to work my ass off for this award, so it means a lot.

I also want to say, that even with this award, it gives me no right to feel as though I am "entitled to perform at any given space if I am not the first person to the space. I really think this is an issue that we street performers have to think about.

I agree it does not make sense for a person who has an act that may draw a couple of people to their show, to perform in a space in which a large crowd can be obtained by a more experience promoter. I think this is a complex, yet simple issue, that need to be resolved all over, but particularly in San Francisco.
