Default Seeking Composer/paid gig

Know anyone?

I'm looking for a composer to create original music and arrange existing music for a new circus/theatre show. Or who has original music that could be adapted and arranged for the show.

They need to be able to write DRIVING, EXCITING music that has a beginning, a middle and an end, with a lot of mini-climaxes and a big climax at the end. The beginning must PROMISE, the middle must LEAD, and the end must RESOLVE.

The music cannot sound anything like Cirque du Soleil. The music cannot be moody, ethereal, atmospheric or relaxed. The music must include parts for a live female vocalist. The music must be contemporary, exciting, and be able to stand alone as well as be a major creative element of the show.

Fee/royalties negotiable but will be commensurate with professional standards.

Here is rough footage of what the show looks like and its attitude:

If you know anyone, please feel free to pass them my contact info, or pass their contact info to me - thank you!

Sorry I am a little late, perhaps, but you could try Peter Bufano. He knows performance music of all kinds. Former Ringling clown and now does a lot of good work for Ringling Brother's Barnum and Bailey, Bindlestiff Cirkus, Circus Smirkus, and The Big Apple Circus.

Default Billy Miller

I see you're already working with Misti Bernard. Billy Miller is a hell of a musician and composer.
